is to inform all Pensioners and Family Pensioners of Northeast Frontier Railway
that a SPECIAL
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MEETING FOR PENSIONERS has been scheduled to be held on 23rd
February, 2021 (Tuesday) at 11:00 hrs at the following venues for
on-the-spot settlement of Pensioners’ Grievances as per details given below :-

1. HOW TO APPLY:
·
(a) Please fill up the online Application Form available at https://pensionershelpdesk.nfreis.org/ as per instructions given
in the website furnishing detail particulars of the Applicant and Grievance
related to Pension dues. Sample of online application is enclosed herewith. Link
of Notification is also available on the website of N F Railway (www.nfr.indianrailways.gov.in). Acknowledgment of
Application will be sent to your registered email IDs.
· (b) You are requested to upload copy of PPO and other supporting
documents and submit alongwith the online Application.
· (c) You may take help of representative of NFR Pensioners’ Association to
submit the online application.
· (d) Complaints regarding
payment of Pension dues will be accepted. Matters which
are not connected with Final Settlement such as request for Compassionate
ground appointment, employment of wards, payment of time barred salary,
allowances and stepping up of pay etc. will not be dealt in the Special
Grievance Redressal Meeting.
2. No Application should be sent separately by post
or any other mode. There will be Online Help Desk Assistant to guide you
to submit the online application. Please read the detail instruction on the
website.
3. Last date for submission of Application is 24-01-2021 (Sunday).
4. SPECIAL GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MEETING FOR PENSIONERS
will be held on 23rd February, 2021 (Tuesday) at 11:00 hrs in
HQ, all Divisions and Workshops at all locations.
